Historical Building

San Teonisto Church, was built in 1434 in the historic centre of Treviso by Benedictine nuns from Monastero di Mogliano Veneto. Its style varies from International Gothic to Renaissance art. It has been subjected to lootings during the Napoleonic wars and bombings during the Second World War. In 2010 Luciani Benetton acquired it and donated it to Benetton Foundation. Nowadays, the historic building is a multipurpose space with retractable bleachers: an auditorium, theatre, congress room. The room, with a plenary of 333 sqm, it is well-equipped with all the technologies. It has a plenary of 180 people seated and 280/300 standing. The structure can be accessible via a 128 sqm courtyard acting as an outdoor foyer. Tobia Scarpa was entrusted with the renovation, rebuilding the ceiling destroyed by the bombings in 1944 and returning the church its original splendour. In 2018, San Teonisto Church hosted MPI Italia Chapter Convention, offering a dinner party accompanied by classical music.
