Calamenhir

Calamenhir is a group of 10 holiday houses on Sant’Antioco Island in Sardinia.

The houses are located only 500 meters from the sea, 900 meters from the village of Calasetta and 700 meters from ‘Le Saline’ beach.
The villas of Calamenhir are a suitable location for small events, for training and team-building programs.
It is possible to organize open-air meetings in the garden and a villa can be used as a clubhouse.
The historic Tower of Calasetta and the Museum of Contemporary Art can also be rented as a location for events.
The houses are available for events from late March to mid June and in September and October as in the summertime they are rented for vacation.
Particularly low prices for weeklong residential training: 400 euro per week per villa including overnight accommodation, house cleaning and use of a villa as a club-house for meetings. Each villa has three bedrooms.
For shorter events, the minimum stay is two nights.
