The Michelin-starred Mistral Restaurant is Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni’s elegant restaurant. Located in Bellagio, on Lake Como, the restaurant has a capacity of 70-80 people and a breathtaking panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. On weekdays, it can be exclusively booked for private lunches.
On Saturday, Sunday, and every evening, from March 29 until November 8, 2018, the restaurant is open to all hotel and external guests who would like to try the excellent cuisine by the Executive chef Ettore Bocchia.
Every evening, dinner is animated by live music (piano, double bass and violin).
Ettore Bocchia is considered the pioneer of Italian molecular cuisine. He’s a passionate seeker of the finest raw materials and respectful of the original flavours and quality of food.
Working alongside him are Andrea Arienti and Manuel Ferrari, who was named 2015 Pastry Chef of the Year by L’Espresso Guide.
The front of the house staff is managed by Carlo Pierato, who was awarded the Best Maître d’Hôtel accolade by L’Espresso Guide in 2014 and the Best Front of the House Service award by Gambero Rosso in 2015.
