Grand Hotel Portovenere is located in the most spectacular place of the Poet’s Gulf – Golfo dei Poeti, facing the sea and the Palmaria Island.
Portovenere village is listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located in the southernmost edge of the Cinque Terre, within the Regional Natural Park of the same name. The Grand Hotel is the only one venue of Portovenere offering halls for meetings.
In 1600 the building housed a Franciscan convent. In 1970 it was converted into a hotel and in 2014, the venue was completely renovated with brand new furniture, refined spaces and style details.
The 56 double room, most of them overlooking the sea and the Portovenere marina, are particularly cozy and quite.
The restaurant Palmaria hosts up to 140 people in the spectacular sea-view terrace. It is decorated with elegant furnishings which makes the atmosphere refined.
The restaurant has joined the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) and offers gluten-free menus. This feature is very useful for meeting planners that may find the right solution also before the having theproblem.
The hotel diplays two modular meeting halls with 150 seats in theatre seating arrangement and a cutting-edge technological equipment.
