3 theatres, one of which is historical, with different styles and capacities (200, 550 and 1000 sqm). 6 meeting halls 50-80 sqm dated 17th-century. A 2880 sqm indoor exhibition area and 1770 sqm outdoor. A 3000 sqm garden for team building activities.

At least 5 or 6 different set-ups are possible in case of meetings or events. In addition to the congress center and the ballroom, the foyer (700 square meters), the 2 outdoor terraces, the Skyline rooftop bar on the eighth floor and the outdoor garden are also available.

10 rooms with capacity from 10 to 2.000 people, indipendent and connectable, for a total of 10.000 sqm exposition area, 1.200 sqm garden, big stockroom with goods lift, loading and unloading area for trucks.

Different set-ups available, huge empty volumes, soundproof modular rooms. The auditorium can be converted to a theater with its own stage for shows or concerts. Outdoors: huge garden, patio, panoramic terraces.
