Valentina Maltagliati graduated in Law at Università di Firenze and worked in companies of different dimension from the technology start-up listed in the new market, to the SGR (company for the management of savings) active in the field of private equity and venture capital, dealing with the management and staff training.

She is a Professional Coach, certified by NLP Italy, a Mentor for CCIAA (Chamber of Commerce) in Florence and for Business ClubIN Tuscany. She is also a Counselor of Peiffer Foundation in London, a member of Firenze Crea Impresa Confindustria and of the Board of Directors of the holding Nest Investimenti Srl, and a trainer and Human Resources Manager for Nest societies.

She is also a consultant for public speaking, elevator pitch and effective company communication and a professor of the Scuola di Scienze Aziendali in Florence.

On these same subjects she works with two company incubators and university spinoff in Florence. She writes on Psicolab, an online magazine of research and development and hosts conferences and workshops about communication.
