Specialized in Theatre techniques, Creativity and Problem-Solving
Up to 1994 he worked as a manager for big chemical industries and insurance agencies. Since 1994 he is a consultant and a trainer.
In 1998 he became a partner of Consulting Network. During that same year, he started, being one of the first in Italy, to enrich courses, events and micro-events with theatrical techniques. Since then he has worked with famous directors and actors.
In 2000 he went through the certification process at the Creative Problem Solving Institute in Buffalo (NY).
Since 2001, through courses and seminars, he has been exploring systematic/creative problem-solving techniques suited to resolving technical and organizational problems and he implements them successfully in the telephone and insurance fields.
In 2002 he founded E3 Consultants with the purpose of further exploring his commitment to theater company technicians and problem-solving.
In 2015 he founded “Davanti a tutti” (in front of everyone) focusing on training in the field of public speaking.

In our rooms and during our events Shakespeare plays have been performed; high-quality paintings have been realized by groups of 30 people; movies were produced in just 8 hours (including the editing); people not trained in music produced jingles; theatre plays with corporate themes were written, rehearsed, staged in less than 30 days.
