Appreciated in Milan for his ability and soon passed successfully in the “university” of Hotel Principe di Savoia.
Important experiences at Grand Hotel in Rimini and at Harry’s Bar in London.
Today he leads the Restaurant Palmaria inside Grand Hotel Portovenere, in Liguria.
He developed a special attention to the naturalness of the ingredients and the cuisine of Liguria region, so rich of perfumes and flavours.
To meeting planners Francesco Parravicini is offering the experience of a “tasteful” teambuilding teaching participants fish cleaning and the recipe of “Pesto alla genovese” (typical ligurian dressing for pasta based on basil herb).
The restaurant is also member of AIC – Celiac Italian Association offering guests gluten-free menus
