Reservations & Events Manager – Almar Jesolo Resort & SPA
After graduating in Business from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, she gained a Master in Economics and Tourism Management at the same university.
With over 15 years’ experience in the world of luxury Hotels, she began her career organizing events and conferences at the prestigious Principe di Savoia Hotel in Milan – Dorchester Collection.
After five years she moved to Sicily, where she took up the role of Events & Conference Manager at the newly opened Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.
In 2013 she joined the San Domenico Palace in Taormina as Banqueting & Wedding Manager, overseeing the organization of sophisticated gala dinners, Michelin-starred gastronomic events and corporate events for demanding international companies.
She then furthered her experience working on Lake Garda and in the Emilia- Romagna region before taking on the role of Director of Operations in one of the most exclusive design hotels in the Emilia-Romagna capital, taking care of every detail, always firsthand, certain that listening skills, empathy, and passion at work are the fundamental ingredients to ensure that Guests have a perfect stay and that every event is a success.
Nowadays, Francesca works as Reservations & Events Manager at Almar Jesolo Resort & SPA, 5-star hotel overlooking the sea in Lido di Jesolo, ready to face new challenges and adventures.
