Executive Chef of La Rei Restaurant at Il Boscareto Resort, 5-star luxury hotel in the Langhe
Fabrizio Tesse, born in 1978, has Milanese roots.
With long-time experience in restaurants, he has worked around Italy and Spain, and for 7 years he has been Antonino Cannavacciuolo’s sous-chef at Villa Crespi.
In 2015, he gained his first Michelin star, reconfirmed also in 2019 at Carignano Restaurant in Turin where he is Executive Chef since 2017.
For his excellent cuisine, Fabrizio Tesse may count on a new team: Alberto Bai Resident Chef and the Pastry Chef Marco Sforza.
