Antonello De Medici

From January 2022 Group Director of Operations for Rocco Forte Hotel

Born in Rome in 1960, Antonello De Medici graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome and began his career in Italaquae’s Human Resources (Sangemini and Boario brands).
In 2003 he entered the world of hospitality that he has never left.
He worked for Starwood group becoming Area Managing Director Venice Marriott International and Chair East Italy Business Council Marriott.
In 2020 he moved to Hilton as General Manager at Hilton Molino Stucky Venice.

In 2022 a new prestigious position: Rocco Forte Hotels announces the appointment of Antonello de Medici as group director of operations starting from January 3rd, 2022 with the responsibility and supervision of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and IT Strategies for all 14 5-star hotels of the group.

From his new office in Rome, Antonello de Medici will take care of the Italian structures and in particular, will devote himself to organizing the openings planned in Milan in 2023 with Rocco Forte House and The Carlton.
