Participants will learn how to prepare potato gnocchi, discover the secrets of the “Pesto Genovese” (traditional spaghetti sauce), and make dark chocolate lava cake.
The teambuilding in the kitchen lasts two hours, including a tour of the restaurant’s kitchen. At the end of the class, every guest will receive a pamphlet containing the dishes’ recipes.
