For those who want to mix a pleasant networking and teambuilding moments with business meetings, Grand Hotel Portovenere offers the chance to work in Palmaria Restaurant‘s kitchen under executive chef Francesco Parravicini.

Participants will learn how to clean and marinate fish, prepare fresh egg pasta, discover the secrets of the “Pesto Genovese” (traditional spaghetti sauce), and make Tiramisu.
The teambuilding in the kitchen lasts one hour and a half, including a coffee break and a tour of the restaurant’s kitchen. At the end of the class, every guest will receive a pamphlet containing the dishes’ recipes.
