Royal Hotel Sanremo opens on May 13th, 2021, and it is ready to host business events with all the necessary safety measures
To satisfy and reassure companies and meeting planners, Royal Hotel Sanremo has come up with a prevention and sanitation procedure to offer guests events and stays in total safety.
BEFORE ARRIVAL
Before arriving in Sanremo, the hotel sends an email asking for all the information necessary for the stay in order to streamline and shorten the check-in procedures. A copy or the ID scan can be emailed to the hotel.
REGISTRATION
Upon arrival, guests can easily complete the registration procedure through automated systems that observe interpersonal distancing.
Guests are provided with a sanitized key valid for the whole duration of their stay.
In addition, the hotel provides a safety kit with a surgical mask, disposable gloves, and sanitizing gel.
Parking is available for guests, but for safety reasons, the hotel asks guests to park independently so as not to let others into their cars.
SANITIZATION
Common areas and guest rooms are sanitized and disinfected daily.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are sanitized according to the ENI EM ISO 9001: 2015 certified procedure.
Explanatory signs with the procedures to be followed are placed in several passageways of the hotel.
The restaurant menus can be consulted directly on personal devices.
Room Service has been enhanced.
The catering areas have been set up to comply with the distancing rules and are sanitized daily. Dispensers with hand sanitizer have been positioned at the entrance.
At the buffet area, it is necessary to be served by the staff.
The swimming pool is available to hotel guests. Umbrellas and sunbeds are distanced to ensure relaxation in total safety.
MEETINGS
All safety procedures are also available for meetings.
In addition, the staff of Royal Hotel Sanremo carries out inspections at the entrance, guarantees the sanitization of the halls, sets up the spaces in order to respect interpersonal distancing, and verifies the use of personal protective equipment to ensure guests a safe and pleasant event.
