October 2017

MPI Italia Chapter Roadshow

Training, networking, exam session, and official presentation of SITE & MPI Global Forum.

The first stop of the MPI Italia Chapter Roadshow, that includes meetings in Taormina and Turin, took place in Florence on October 12, 2017.

The event opened with the training class “Rock Your Event – Social Media Marketing&Events”, with the aim of improving skills for:
– interacting with clients;
– enhancing a venue;
– “communicating” an event;
– evaluating a brand’s potential.
Speakers: Chiara Bassani, Paola Bonini, Silvia Montella.

The Site & MPI Global Forum, that will take place in Rome from January 12 to January 14, 2018, was officially presented during the event. This marks the first time the two associations organise a shared event. The deadline for sponsorship opportunities and early-bird rates is Friday, October 20.
Maria Rosaria Broggi, JP Morgan Chase & Co. Executive Assistant, will be selection supervisor and coordinator for the Global Forum Academy, organised in partnership with Master Them (Tourism, Hospitality & Event Management).

“I am very pleased to invite Italian talents to Master THEM, and to the first global Meeting Industry event”, says Mauro Bernardini, president of MPI Italia Chapter.
For 4 days, Rome will become the international capital of events, conferences, and incentive travels professionals. Don’t miss it!

The next MPI Roadshow events take place in Taormina on October 23rd, and in Turin on November 6th, with the same formula: training classes, MPI & SITE Global Forum presentation, exercises, exams for certifications. Free registration. To book your place, email info@mpiweb.it or phone +39 333 7310310.
