Massimiliano Volonterio worked in gourmet restaurants in England and in Italy, and he has been sous-chef at Maison Alain Ducasse.
Nowadays, his menus are the gourmet result of his experience of the traditional cuisine of Ligury and his international experience.
At Palmaria Restaurant, Massimiliano Volonterio is carefully choosing raw materials and local products to create healthy and tasteful menus.
His first inspiration has been the cuisine of Gualtiero Marchesi. His menus now are a tasteful demonstration of Italian cuisine, with local and regional specialties.
