Thanks to its brand-new gluten-free certification, Grand Hotel Portovenere’s Palmaria Restaurant has been added to the Italian Society for the Celiac Disease (AIC)’s “Eating Out” Guide.
Palmaria Restaurant is the first and only one guten-free friendly restaurant in Portovenere, and one of the approximately 15 AIC-certified spots in the province of La Spezia.
Chef Francesco Parravicini’s Mediterranean cuisine, which draws from the entire country’s gastronomic tradition, also offers a selection of gluten-free local dishes.
