Now that food and cooking shows have become incredibly popular and ‘trendy’, AS Hotel Limbiate Fiera launches the Cooking Contest – corporate teambuilding in the kitchen, an original and entertaining format in which all the participants confront themselves with a funny and unconventional team experience in the kitchen.
This format is tailored to groups up to 50 participants, who are divided into 2 teams.
The first team is engaged in the preparation of a three/four courses menu decided in advance with the corporate staff.
After cooking, the team will plate all dishes under the attentive supervision of the hotel chef.
The second team deals with the setting-up of the dining room with the support of the maître d’hôtel.
All dishes will be evaluated by a technical jury composed by hotel and company representatives.
After the gala dinner prepared and served by the teams, the Awards ceremony will nominate the winner and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
