On March 7th, more than 450 guests for the 8th edition of Best Brands Award in Milan
Best Brands Award, carried out by GfK and Serviceplan Group, is the only Italian research that integrates the economic success of the brands with their emotional and experiential experience with consumers, and this year it was carried out on the basis of 6,000 interviews and 16,000 evaluations.
The 2023 edition, back in presence after the last two phygital editions, saw the participation of over 450 guests including CEOs and Managers of the most important companies operating in Italy and around the world.
This year again Daniela Serrati’s Atelier Esse was entrusted with taking care of every single detail of the event held at the Officine del Volo: the reception of guests, the welcome cocktail that preceded the ceremony at the Rai Studios and the and the post-ceremony standing dinner.
Once again, Daniela Serrati surrounded herself with excellent suppliers who contributed to the success of the event and confirmed Atelier Esse as a partner of excellence. distinguished, according to one participant, for its ancient and aristocratic elegance, now unobtainable.
A corner was set up for the Grana Padano, sponsor of the evening and which was also the inspiration for the dinner with a menu for guests to enjoy the intense flavor of this excellent Italian cheese product.
Of particular effect is the floral arrangement on the theme of the famous paintings by Arcimboldo.
The presentation of the winners was entrusted to Filippa Lagerback while the Special Guest was Malika Ayane who entertained the participants with her fascinating musical performances.
Why this year also “Best Friends”?
Today, brands are increasingly called upon to establish a long-term relationship with their customers, sharing values and cultivating trust, authority and credibility. And after all, the research investigates the emotional and experiential experience of consumers towards brands. And this was the message that the organisers wanted to convey during this edition.
Brands awarded: Coca-Cola as Best Product Brand, Diesel as Best Growth Brand, Samsung as Best Sustainability Brand, Amazon as Best Phygital Brand, and Nutella as the new Best of the Best, which rewarded the Brand that performed best according to consumers in all four value value areas.
This year the Innovation for Good Award went to the Fedez Foundation for having contributed to building charity projects with the innovative power of social media.
